Elizabeth Jurgeleit was raised in Haines, Alaska. Growing up she has always had a passion for art, leading her into a career in art and design. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior design from Washington State University. Her interest is deeply rooted in the relationship of humans and their connection with the environment. When not working she can be found exploring the back-country of Southeast Alaska with a pack-able watercolor set- often starting her paintings in the field to capture snapshots of moments in time.
